Don't use Glendale services

Please do not use Glendale services and be wary of the owner André they were recommended by my builder so I thought they had experience to do what I needed. Tiling: André ( the owner) tiled my bathroom, which could probably have been the worse tiling job Andre kept making excuses about an uneven wall but even though he knew the wall was uneven, he kept on tiling. Besides the lines not being in line, the work was messy. I had to spend money to buy mosaics to hide the problems, which André also never installed. My builder told me to pay André cause André would fix it, it was never fixed. I got a new tiller to try to fix the mess Glendale Services did, now all the tiles have to be stripped, cause the man said he did a bad job. I now have to buy new tiles & pay a new tiller to fix Glendale services mess.

Cupboards: After the bad tiling, I didn't trust André to do my cupboards, but my builder said he specialises in cupboards. it took 8 weeks & they kept making excuses about why the cupboards weren't finished. Apparently a spice rack & an extractor had delayed the process. 3 weeks after the appliances arrived, the owner came probably twice a week for 2hrs a day. André was busy with other work, when he was suppose to do my cupboards, he showed me pictures. When I saw how badly the cupboards were made, I cried. I had given Glendale Services so much money to do my cupboards. I then got a new cupboard builder in & he evaluated the cupboards. André ( who owns Glendale services) cannot make cupboards, all the cupboards he made had to be stripped because it's bad & unstable. Andre uses dry wall *****s for cupboards instead of chip board *****s. He does a soft close but doesn't give it enough space & a professional cupboard person said it would warp. He doesn't know what he is doing.

Gas: I have a gas stove & apparently André was qualified to install gas. I paid him & he connected my gas but didn't give me the gas I paid for. With any gas installation, you need to have a certificate by the installer to say it's compliant. I then got someone to look at the gas installation & I shouldn't be surprised, it was not compliant...meaning if anything would go wrong, I could die in an explosion & lose everything. André doesn't have qualifications to install gas

So with everything that has happened, I contacted Glendale Services to ask them to refund my money as everything had to be redone. André the owner is missing. I am in kidney failure & have a lot of medical bills, which I informed André about but he does not care & refuses to refund my money so I can have the mess he made fixed. I have paid them R31210, now I have to have things redone & André takes advantage of sick people.

Please don't use Glendale services unless you want to die from life threatening work that they do.
