Great Friendly Service

What a lovely team at the Glencairn Veterinary Clinic. I phoned the Clinic on the 29 January 2015 to make an urgent appointment as my Boerbul had pulled a nail and the nerve was exposed. The voice that greeted me on the other end of the line was so calm and friendly and accommodated me at short notice. I arrived at the Clinic later that afternoon feeling anxious and not knowing what to expect. The first thing I noticed when I entered the Clinic were the smiles that greeted me from the Reception desk. I was reassured that Dr Dukas would be with us shortly. These poor ladies were inundated with numerous questions from my daughter and I but they remained patient, friendly and cheerful! Dr Dukas explained the procedure and that it would only take a few minutes - which it did. The cherry on the cake was when I was presented with my account - it was only half the amount I was expecting to pay for extraction, cauterisation and sedation. I left feeling happy, relieved and will most certainly use their services again in the future.
