disgusting customer service

i attended a wedding at glenburn lodge, i had to get ready in the hotel so obviously i had to leave my clothes and handbag in the hotel while the wedding service happened, only to come back to the hotel to find two ****s in the room and R1200 was ****** out of my purse.<br> myself and the bride reported this to the manager who was on duty at the time, only to get no respone back.<br> i then phoned glenburn lodge and got hold of the GENERAL MANAGER: NIGEL PEEL, WHO WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME over the phone, trying to twist my story etc as if to make it like I was the ********.<br> i then told him i will tell my friends not to go to Glenburn lodge for anything if this is what happens and then to get treated like this afterwards!...the GM, NIGEL PEEL then said well if thats what im going to do hes not going to assit in this matter at all.<br> absolute disgusting customer service!<br> heads up to anyone who is considering this venue!!!!!
