bad service @ the glenburn lodge. not being fairly

I got an invitation to glenburn lodge and made a booking/confirmation with Nobesuthu' who explained the invite and in whom I confirmed all the details with. Only to find that when I got to the lodge I received such horrible service from Shaun who specifically embarrassed me in front of my children and my friend. He stated and I quote \ I can help you if you don't have a partner"and I have to go back home with my kids and reschedule?? I drove all the way from (daveyton) in the east rand. And I specifically told him that I wasn't told I should bring a partner"
