Over cooked chicken, refund refusal and bad customer service.

On the 02 Jan 2022, I bought a full chicken, to use it for dinner that day. The chicken was so dry and overcooked and burnt that we couldn't eat it. I decided to return it for my refund. The cashier and the worker were so rude to me. They told me that a refund is never done in that shop and that I should take another chicken. I told them I dnt want it cz I dnt trust their chicken anymore, also that it was not the first time I experience this. I was asked to write a review on their card and my contact details and that their manager will call me. The teller told me to throw the chicken away. I told her its my money, I would not do that. I left it there and made her sign that I left it with them I'm still waiting for the manager call to date. I went on the 10 Jan to do a follow-up. Manager was not there. I was told he'll call me to date!! I'm so disgruntled by this lack of customer care/ service from both manager and rude workers. May you pls assist in recovering my money. Thank you.
