SHOCKED, DISGUSTED AND ANNOYED

Wow... Talk about "don't care mental state". Today (29/05/2021)It was my first time ever using Mr D delivery services nd I guess I was stupid to leave all the well known rastaurants and picked GLENAIRE ROTISSERIE CHICKEN. I ordered a family meal that consists of 8pieces of chicken, 3 sides and 1litre Coke, of which I chose chips, green salad and coslore. To my surprise a meal that costed me R197 labeled "family meal" was nothing close to be something that a family can eat. My chicken was cold and dry, the 8 piece they advertise is just a whole chicken that looks like some1 was attempting to cut but did not care to continue cutting, my green salad was not even enough for me and had no salad dressing, the chips also seemed like I got left over chips from some who didn't eat them during their lunch break, In all of this mess, it was the response I got when I was enquiring about the Coke that I thought they maybe forgot to put in my order. The lady on the phone blatantly told me that there's nothing she can do about my concerns, if I want to return the food I should but they will not change anything about my food because that's how they do things there and when I asked to speak to the manager she said and I quote "even if you can speak to the manager, you won't get a refund, but feel free to return your food". Funny thing about customer service industry "sisi on the other side of the phone" it's very big, but also can be very small, u will never know who you talking to. I am disgusted
