Glenaire Durban field Street selling off meat to consumers and not apologetic

Hi I would like to complain about glenaire butchery in Durban field Street I am so upset as I type and appeal that the matter be taken care of I went into their butchery today and bought nuggets, smoked turkey and sausages when I got home not even an hour later started cooking when I opened the turkey it smelled off and sticky to touch so I had to return it when I got there I was not addressed well so I asked to speak to someone on higher authority and all I was asking is for the matter to be handled and meat to be checked before its put on the shelf and the white manager turned to me and asked me said to me yah than we heard ur your complaints so what do u want with irritated look and disgust on his face I'm so appalled and disappointed as someone who had come their for assurance that it will not happen again and as to how it would be avoided in future so I would like your help on the matter
