Terrible service

Good afternoon im so disapointed about the service i experienced today i walk in the shop i sat down n the menu arrived, the waiter brought me a take away menu when i asked him about the starters he told me they dont serve starters anymore then he suggest me a meal it was chuck n quarter chicken that comes with chips and onion rings but when the food arrive the quarter chicken n chips came cold and there was no onion rings and worse they were serving me on a polystery container with take away cutlery i asked him to make my food hot it still came back cold im so confused how can u serve steak or red meat n expect me to eat with plastic cutlery worse on a doggy bag and while we were eating other waiter is turning tables and sweeping what kind of service is this i end up eating with my hands, when the bill arrived there was only a bill n a pen no sweets no toothpicks and no wet wipes
