POOR PATHETIC SERVICE

Good evening my name is Mbally I'd like to complain about the pathetic service I received at Eloff Street Johannesburg. I went to the shop from nightshift I was there around 8:56 I stood by the door security came out and said they will open at 9 ó clock I said its fine ill wait cause its only 4 mins left for the shop to open, and then 9:10 I knocked on the door security came out looked at us and went back inside.One staff member came out and heard us talking to the other customers who were standing outside and when he was coming from wherever he was coming from must have told the staff inside that we are complaining that the shop is not yet open but yet it was 9:15.One lady the cashier fair in complection came outside and spoke the language I didn't understand and slammed the door on our faces and went inside other customers left I carried on and stood outside finally the opened the doors at 9:24. I went inside the white lady her name was Lizzelle that was there was nice but black staff was rude and very arrongant saying things like they don't need my money and the chicken was still going to take 45 mins after I paid for the chicken , mind u I was coming from nightshift didn't sleep at all tired couldn't wait . I ended up living the chicken I paid for management really needs to do something about Eloff staff cause you'll are loosing customers ,I know this shop from Durban their staff is friendly and very helpful I am very disappointed in Eloff street black staff, very disgusted by the staff behaviour especially the cashier she is fair in complection refused to give her name #I NEED MY MONEY BACK CAUSE I NEVER GET WHAT I PAID FOR
