Bad customer service

Sunday 13-10-19 went to Glenaire Grill in West street Durban ordered and while the cashier had the money still decided I did not want to order. Advised the cashier I want to cancel the order. The cashier then called a guy seems to be in charge, when the cashier is explaining to the guy she spoke in a language I did not understand also mixing english saying I did not want the food since I wanted to go to another food store...she then advised him that I wanted to cancel the order. He said there is no way he could do it and the system does not allow it. I was very confused as to why they would have a system like that and as I work with customers there is always a way to assist the customer. The guy said if I wanted my money back I should come the next day when the owner is there. They were very rude and adamant and lacked customer service. I left there without my money and food which was such an inconvenience and time consuming as I was on a lunch break. There was no apology or anything.
