Forced joining of a managing agent

I live in a complex and was chairman and finacial manager for two years and the system worked well. Then in June one of the trustees wanted to claim the ablution facilty for her gardener for free. The answer was no as I pay the rates and taxes apart from the inconvenience of having a stranger walkin up and down right in our backdoor. The trustee then convinced the other two trustees to gang up on me who joined her to go to the bank and blocked me from accessing or banking accountby lying to the bank that they suspect irregularities. After the I was blocked they approached Glen Smit and appointed him secretly and without my consent as well as *******ly registering me with Glen Smit Property Administration. Now I am getting forced to belong to a managing agent totally agains my will. I was told by Glen Smit they are entitled to force me by law to belong to a managing. The problem I have in this case is that the other 3 trustee are ******ic and I have no incentive in belonging to their so called body corp or managing because the rules state that if there are a majority of more than 50% that vote counts, in this case I will always be on the losing end, that is why I can not submit to this rule at all
