Bad service

Was at school right know they say my bby is still on the system but doesn't have a class how possible is that where as my bby was in the very same school last year doing grade R. They say they gave them letters to give us that we should apply online I didn't receive any letter am asking Couse this was important why didn't u send SMS or call us Kanti u guys take our number for what exactly so in other words they mean that my kid should stay at home and not learn
