Wheelchair access

I have a complaint regarding the accessibility of wheelchairs. I tried logging the complaint on the malls website but the site is faulty. On Saturday 1 Feb 2025, I requested a wheelchair from a security guard,.as I was informed they are the only ones that get it for me from the security office. After waiting for 20min, no one could give feedback. We decided to leave and shop somewhere else. The centre management really need to get a different system in place to shoppers can have easy access to a wheelchair
