Exceptionally Poor Service

It is deeply regrettable that a long awaited weekend with my husband turned out to be such a disappointment.Eliam our waiter is very unfriendly and unhelpful. Each time we requested something it was done, with a big sigh. On Friday the Beds not put together ,electric blanket not working, No cremora /milk for coffee.The floor boards of tent patched with duck tape.Saturday night You hosted a bachelorette party on leaving boma girls arrived at the tent next to us to continue the party. It was excessively loud. Your rule of no fires or braais as it is fire season only for some guests? We had car lights glaring into the tent,.There was NO privacy !I reported this to your Manager
