GLC tracing extreme blunder - Salt Employee benefits

I am appalled by the poor service GLC (Good life control) tracing services have given me. They are the tracing agents for Salt employee benefits. I have been waiting for my benefits since 2019 and last week (18th of February 2026) Nokuthula called and asked for more documents. I sent it on the 19th. She was supposed to have a meeting on the 23rd of February 2026 with Salt Employee benefits to submit my documents but she did not do her job. Now Salt is saying I'm going to have to wait another month to get my pay out! I'm highly upset and don't recommend companies to deal with GLC nor with Salt Employee benefits!!!
