Unreliable service

I appointed this company to re-enamel a bath and wash basin. After the enamel had dried, the surfaces of both units were very rough and uneven. The company promised to come to buff and polish the units. Two appointments thereafter were missed and they are now not responding to emails or phone calls.<br> I had to have the entire job re-done by another company who said that the original re-enamelling was too thin and had been very badly executed. So I have essentially paid twice for the same job. Not impressed!
