Poor quality and now running away

We appointed these guys to glaze a bath. They came and did it and said that they would come back to buff and smooth if necessary. It was necessary and they came back, but it is still not good enough. They said they would come back a second time but did not. They are now not answering our calls. We enquired with another supplier and apparently these guys have a poor reputation in the industry. Stay away from them.
