Poor finish and worse customer service

I contracted Glaze-a-bath to re-enamel my bath in July 2015 but I was not happy with the finish. The enamel dried in drips and there was over-spray onto the tiles as well as dried enamel running down the plug-hole. The surface was also so rough you got a free exfoliation every time you take a bath. They came a second time to re-spray and buff but the finish is even worse and there are more dried drips and a jagged edge around the plughole where he removed the dried enamel around the drain. Now Matthew is not picking up the phone despite trying numerous times over the past couple of weeks. I guess the business has closed due to too many complaints. I will definitely check Hello Peter next time and every time I want to hire a contractor.
