No Delivery After Paying, No Response

During November 2014 I bought a car, got a Quote to restore the car from Glayer Automotive Restorers in Midrand, the owner Yuven Naicker asked me for a upfront deposit of 50% in order to start work on the car. The money was paid to him and the car was delivered to him.<br> In December he asked me for a further advance, ( the car still not worked on, MY MISTAKE) I paid this advance.<br> In March of this year I learned through the managing agent where he operated his business from, that he was operating there *******ly and was subsequently evicted from the premises, my car was abandoned at the premises and after confronting him about the return of my car and money, he had various different excuses, <br> In Short, my car was completely stripped, vital parts were either ****** or misplaced these parts make the car unique as a collectible vehicle.<br> I received communication from his attorney further payment? For what I don't know, when I have all the proof of payment, this letter of demand was full of false statements and demands even though I have proof to the contrary.<br> I would suggest no one uses this company or the owner Yuven Naicker, as to date he has not had the decency to reply to my mails
