Worst Customer Service From Justin McGhee at GSK

After writing a lengthy complaint about Aquafresh and their toothbrushes which become obsolete after tying to replace their batteries, I was contacted by Justin McGhee, who proceeded to give me the worst customer service I've possible ever experienced, which says a lot coming from a South African (I deal with poor customer service on a daily basis). Not only was he unwilling to help me, but he did not provide alternative solutions to my problem, and only responded after I made a threat to turn his lack of response into yet another GSK complaint. Absolutely dreadful attitude, and even worse customer service from a company which is supposed to leave a good taste in your mouth.
