Faulty Goods

During the course of december 2015 i bought new toothbrushes for myself and kids. I only ever buy your Aquafresh 3-Way Head Buzz Toothbrush as i love them. Within a week all three stopped worked and the on/off button will not stay on, or comes on by itself. i then bought more, only to have the same thing happen. I since bought again, but from a different store and they seem to be working. Not impressed though!!! I did call into your customer care who said I would be contacted - alas, NO RESPONSE!!!!!
