Aquafresh defective products&Sales team doesnt car

On Sunday 18 Oct , i bought Aquafresh at a BP garage in Midrand only to find that the seam seal and bottom seal is not of the standard - the product was not seald at all . On the 19 sent pictures together wit my complaint to the company , and they responded that they will get back to me . On day 5 i sent them an email asking when are they planning to resolve my complaint as its now 5 days , i got an email and a call were they were apologising for not giving my complaint a priority it deserves and they said in the following week they will uplift the product and give me an explanation as to why i ended up being inconvenienced by buying a below standard product which i couldn't even use after paying my hard earned cash for it .<br> An excuse given for taking longer was that they have a backlog ! Really ? Have your quality stadrds dropped to an extend where you cant keep up with the complaints ?Must i now report you guys to the consumer commission of the department of trade and industry as per the consumer protection act ?<br> Are you giving this kind of service because fresh&amp
