Pension Fund Payout

I have been employed by Methodist Homes for the Aged for the past 11 years and on the 13th April 2015 I submitted my resignition letter to my manager Elsa Steenkamp and she accepted the letter & she told me that my pension fund money will be paid out in 4 weeks after the resignition date but up untill today 30th July 2015 i havent recieved a cent from Glassock & Associates the company responsible for our pension.I called our head office on the 26th of June and i spoke to Samantha Estill and she told me that they havent recieved any resignition & the other necessary documents from my manager.The very sameday i called my managers office but the phone was answered by the admin lady and she said that Elsa Steenkamp was not in the office and she promised me that she will ask her to call me back after i told her my reason for calling.She promised that Elsa Steenkamp would call me back on my Monday but she never did till to this day.On the30th of June 2015 i recieved a call from a different admin lady from where i have been employed and he told me that my documents where sent to Glassock offices but Sue Bouwer was on leave and some cleaner in her office threw the documents away.Bad Servic
