HANDLING OF A CLIENT

First of all I want to thank you for the excellent service that you provide. Today I want to tell you to warn people<br> against Glass Vendor. I paid them a 70% of their fees and they promise to install my shower doors. Yesterday<br> I got a call from (he said he is the owner of Glass Vendor) and he was absolutely rude. Unfortunately the<br> conversation turned out ugly (from both sides) but I am very, very disappointed with the manner in which<br> he handle me (the client).
