Disaster of a company

I cannot describe what a horrible experience we had with this company, something as simple as putting in a glass shower and two windows turned into a 4 month nightmare. The owner Chris has no idea what customer services means and gets aggressive if you dare challenge him on his lack of services. **** about the glass they put in, after us having to pointing this out the correct glass was installed, arriving late, not having the right materials, skew bars on the windows, horrible finishing's, damage to the aluminum windows and then to really put the cherry in it Chris informs us we are just not that important to his business when we ask why he has such a terrible attitude. We as customers as a final resort had to confront him in his show room to get the last of out outstanding materials
