Glass plaque SA feels like a ****

Their service is very poor and they do not communicate. I ordered a glass plaque beginning of February and they claim to have had an outbreak and said they are doing refunds. They sent emails of pictures showing the people they have refunded and some order numbers are even after mine. They do not reply my emails or inboxes but delete my comments on their posts
