Poor service and wrong delivered order

I bought glass windows on the 06 February 2024 from Glass Partners Gauteng pty ltd and I gave the measurements in person that was 1430 x 750 but the sales person forgot the zero on the first digits which resulted on delivering the wrong order- 143 x750 and that wrong order was delivered on the 16th after 2 weeks whereas they promised within 3 days delivery.After sending back that wrong delivery they didn't contact me until I did the follow up end of February 24 and they haven't delivered my correct order yet and I have bought all my windows for my double story house from this company before.So disappointed on their poor service this time and length delivery turn around time.Email address: ***
