Poor Workmanship

Do not use these people. They installed a window and it cracked the same day. Called and they sent out a person Dewald who had a look and said it was their fault and they will replace it within 2 days. Next day a Susan called me and told me the wont replace it as the office lady signed just her name on the invoice as she paid them cash but they say she signed that all was in order. Now they refuse to replace. Do not use them as I spoke to dewald and he said when he got to the car he decided that the window was pushed out.
