Glass By Design and Nicholas Botha’s ***** Antics

I placed an order for a customized bespoke mirror. Which I paid for upfront on the July and was promised installation within 7-10 days. I’ve emailed only to be told by Nicholas that he will check with his staff on progress of order. To date I’ve emailed but have not received a reply. His cell phone goes straight to voicemail, numbers on the website when you call there’s a message provided with a landline number to call. Only to find the landline number rings and cuts off. Basically he has disappeared from the face of the earth - I paid sizable amount of money and now I’m at my wits end. Really ************ and very poor business ethics especially being a so called small business. Keep away from these **********
