Poor installation, mirrors fall

We purchased in a development where Glass & Mirror Solutions installed the built in mirrors. Within weeks of occupation, three of the mirrors fell off the walls due to poor installation. Two of these were re-installed but the third shattered & despite an entire year of following up for this to be replaced and installed properly, they will not even take the calls.
