Windows replacement a nightmare

I gave GLASS AND ELECTRICAL SPECIALIST in Centurion the contract to replace my windows with aluminium windows. The installer sounded quite experienced and trustworthy. To my dismay, no such luck. The first day of the agreed start, he did not turn up at all and answered no call. Work commenced at a slow pace and he disappeared daily for hours with no work done. Windows were torn out and replaced, but no rubbers or aluminium strips that hold the windows installed. Instead only top and bottom strips with two little rubber pieces placed to ho;d the window. Nights we could not sleep in the rooms, as work was not completed. The work should be completed a week later. It took another week on top of of that and the work is still not complete. Rubbers are not inserted, 4 X windows are not shatter proof as ordered and mentioned "temporary". I have never seen such unprofessional-ism in my whole life. 70% Deposit paid and rest kept, as work does not seem to get completed.
