Total lack of response

I sent this company an email and drawings requesting a quotation for modifications to an apartment in Sea Point more than 3 weeks ago. I sent a reminder 2 weeks later and have yet to receive a response. Why advertise if you are too bothered to follow up or respond to a request. I have double checked the yellow pages and the web to ensure I have the correct email address so this cannot be used as an excuse. Frustrated beyond belief with businesses that are too bothered or too disorganized to respond.
