Windscreen Replacement

I had to replace my Ford Ecosport windscreen so outsurance send me to Glassfit in Krugersdorp. Halfway through replacing my windscreen one of the 2 employees went out for lunch. There was no supervision and the job was done terribly. The black glue stuff can be seen through my windscreen on the interior of the vehicle. They also replaced the black thing where the wipers are with different plastic *****s. Unfortunately a day later my windscreen got hit by another stone and now I'm driving like this because they won't be able to take this windscreen out without breaking it.
