Windscreen replacement, an utter ******** from PG Glass, Glassfit and Hyundai

I made a claim for a replacement windscreen 2 weeks ago. initially this was with PG Glass. I booked it for the following Tuesday, I received SMS's telling me claim approved but absolutely no confirmation of appointment. I called them multiple times, but no confirmation, they were looking for the windscreen surround. I gave up and asked the Insurance to cancel and relay the claim with Glassfit. I received several SMS's like with PG Glass but no firm appointment. I called them and spoke with Isaac many times requesting last Friday before 3pm. He made an appointment for late Friday afternoon - no good to me. The insurance intervened and the appointment was made for Friday 12:30 - 1:30. 1:30 came and went, I called Glassfit and a lady called and argued with the fitting team, I was told that they would be 50mins at site then to me in Fourways from Randpark ridge. Ntsimi and his assistant arrived at 4pm. I know had missed a 4pm appointment of my own, and absolutely no feedback from their despatch. It turned out that they had been issued with 3 12:30 appointments in different corners of JHB. They did not have the windscreen surround. I called the Insurance who called Glassfit - now it was reported that there was no stock of the surround, yet the insurance were assured days before that there was! The fitter Ntsimi told me using the old original surround was a 50/50 hope. It seems that Hyundai had no stock either in the country (equally useless). The entire engagement with both Glass companies was an utter ********, zero useful communication, scheduling appalling, and staff that **** continually. I expect a windscreen fitted at Glassfit's expense for the terrible experience given, I will await any action.
