windscreen not installed properly

<p>I went to glasfit in thohoyandou .my windscreen was cracked and claimed ffrom my insurance .I was reffed to thohoyandou glasfit where I went to pay for access.after that I had to wait 3 weeks before my windscreen was installed..after installation I went to collect my car which was very dirty ,windscreen was dusty and there was some smoke ashes in my car..rain sensor was not properly installed it was falling off..now it was raining and the side rubbers are falling off..I went back then they glued it..but now what I don't understand with this windscreen is the fact that its coming off...this people have ruined my car....the didn't install the windscreen properly its just a matter of time then when its raining my car will be full of water...</p>
