Windscreen

I had my windscreen replace about 2 years ago. When replaced windscreen notice water seeping into my car on the driver's side, was told that the air vents were blocked and neds to be taken to a panel beater. Only to be told that there's no blockage in the vents as stated by two panelbeaters.I then went back to Glasfit as stated by my insurance company for it to be reinstalled. In the process they broke all the clips that holds the windscreen rubbers. I been fighting for over two years for them to replace these clips but to no joy. Customer service is pathetic.
