Unreasonable Service at GlasFit Klerksdorp
<p>GlasFit Klerksdorp refuses to refund me for the Window Pane I no longer need. I find this unreasonable since they may resell the pane, while I no longer have use for the pane.</p>
Dear valued client, Glasfit head office is very sorry to hear that our fitment centre was not able to assist you with your refund. Unfortunately we have cut the glass to your sizes. The sizes you requested is not a common size. There are signs in the fitment centre and is part of our policy that once material is cut to clients size we can not take it back. This is normal practice and we do apologise that we could not help you with this.

This is still unreasonable. The pane I bought is a popular pane size. Even when I went to buy it, one of the senior staff members confirmed that the window pane size is a popular product sold.
I still believe we can make this right. I still have the window pane, and request GlasFit to respect its customers by taking the return for resale. I mean, I don't have the use for the window pane, it is ultimately going to break..
GlasFit, please come to your senses and be reasonable.
