Unprofessionalism

Went to the Herm**** branch. A man asked me how he could assist. I rep**** that I came for an insurance inspection. He told me that they are busy on the computer and that I needed to wait. I asked if I must wait inside or outside, and he rep**** outside. A caucasian male enters and the same man asked him how he can assist. (Conversation in Afrikaans) What I could pick up from the conversation is that the caucasian man asked where he could find someone, a particular person. The bottom line is, that has nothing to do with business and he asked a genuine client to wait outside. I will never ever go there to support this business.
