What a bunch of ........ 1. Firstly why two prices about 100% different from each other, one for cash and one for insurence, its the same window. 2. Why make arrangements then change them without consulting me, just oh we sent it to another branch, Auto and General said I must use branch x so I did, now I must use branch y but wait a week. 3. Give customers such a run around and sarcasm that they end up swearing at you. My regret is why does Auto and General not allow me to use PG Auto Glass as the small franchise we used before can show you a thing or two about service.
