Time waisters!

We are highly disappointed in your bellville branch!!<br> <br> We have been waiting the whole day! We have brought in the car at 08h00 this morning, They told us it will take about 4 hours. We have just arrived at 15h50 and the car have not been touched. This is highly unacceptable! The car may not even be on the road with a cracked window, now what are we suppose to do!? Now they tel us they can only help on thursday!!?? Then why did they tell us to come in today!!!?????????????????????? I want feedback ASAP!
