******* and terrible management

<p>My insurance company referred me to Glasfit in Alberton to have my windscreen replaced. I left cigarettes in the cubby hole as I didn't have pockets to carry them in. After working on my car, they said I could leave and before doing so I checked for a cigarette. Surprise! They vanished! Only two people had worked on the car. I confronted them only for them to blatantly deny that they were ever on the car. So I called the manager,not to reclaim a R40 box of cigarettes, but to voice my complaint about *****ing from customers vehicles!I was then told that it doesn't matter and I can go complain to my insurance company. And just like that my complaint was dismissed! They are rude and dishonest! I cannot understand why a company that can only fit one car at a time would even be on any insurance panel! </p>
