Terrible, shoddy service from Glasfit

Glasfit 9 Long St, Cape Town Terrible service. My Lexus windscreen was replaced. Upon driving in winter storms, I discovered that it was not properly sealed with the wind whistling through when driving over 80km/hr. Also, the windscreen wiper was smacking into the side with a loud sound. I took it back, and they said they would reseal it. However, when I called, I was informed that Toyota also required them to fit an extra trim, which they had yet to order. I was told to collect my car again, and they would call me in about 3 days to refit. All at considerable inconvenience and at my expense. I then requested that they deliver my vehicle, and after 3 subsequent phone calls (they did not once phone to keep me abreast), and almost 6 hours later I was still waiting for my car. And to think I need to return to them to install the windscreen correctly as I have already paid in full for a new windscreen.
