Terrible customer service and unskilled and *********** staff members .

Last year in September I took my car to Middelburg Glassfit for windscreen replacement. I left my car there and came back to get it when they were done. I drove home,the next day I drove to Ermelo on d road it was raining. Guess what d wipers were not fitted properly after doing the windscreen. It was a struggle to use them. I called them about the problem,they said since I'm in Ermelo I must take the car to the nearest Glassfit,which I did. They adjusted them accordingly. As they were busy,I noticed a crack on the review mirror cover,when I check the cover was broken and it had yellow glue inside and it was still wet. I called the Middelburg Glassfit about the problem,the lady called Suzie gave me attitude and she was rude nd denying that they broke my mirror cover. She said it came with a crack,I asked her if the crack was there when I gave them my car,why is the glue still wet.She sent me pics that they took before they started windscreen replacement thers no crack on the cover but she didn't took pics after the job was done. She said she will speak to her manager nd call me,she didn't call me. I called her after a few days,she said her manager said they must get me a new cover. She said she tried to get it but couldn't because it only comes as a set including the mirror. Based on that she said they won't replace it. As I'm writing this review,that cover fell off. My rear view mirror is sitting without any cover to hold it. It might also fall down anytime from now.
