super professional and effecient

My car window was to be replaced and my insurance had delayed in sending the Authorisation code. I called Glasfit to actually book the car in and they didnt have my details and Cynthia was so polite and friendly that she offered to call my insurance (first for women) and get back to me. she did and told me what i needed to do. Eventually got sorted with my insurance and Cynthia called me to bring the car in on friday which I was then busy couldnt and on Tuesday we took the car in and the overall service was just brillant. Thank you to people that understand the true meaning of customer service.
