Shocking service from Glasfit Bloemfontein

Glasfit Bloemfontein installed a new back window on our 2019 VW kombi.They scratched the kombi and spilled glue on the paint.Never came back to us regarding the sratches.The 1 st time we used the back wiper the window exploded which left my wife and daughter stranded in Jhb without a back window while it rained and hailed heavily.I asked Glasfit to assizt and they just said i must report it,then they will appoint someone to investigate and then they will decide.Its now 4 days later and absolute nothing was done from their side.they just dont care.Lucily P G Glass said they will assist and they installed a piece of plastic to prevent rain from coming in
