Shocking customer service

<p>I arrived 45 minutes early for a 12pm appointment and I was told the technician would be back in 20 minutes. I was the only client there and yet nobody even looked at my car till exactly 12pm on the dot when surely they could have started doing something. The technician arrived at 12:25 without so much as an apology. All I got from him is attitude</p>
