I phoned Glasfit Bryanston as Ivan from head office contacted us advising that they are handling our windscreen claim. The contact person is Dorah. I phoned her just to listen to lies. According to her, she did contact me, unfortunately, there was no proof. I was also told by Dorah that an email was sent to the mobile repair. That was also incorrect because the email went to the wrong place. I spoke to Charmaine the manager of Bryston expressing my unhappiness and she apologized profusely, after which Dorah apologized. In the meantime, Ivan organized a mobile service to contact us. There are millions of people around the world that would die for Dorah's job and that would value the public because without them Dorrah and others will not have a job. Glasfit has a good reputation then you find one staff member that couldn't care less because entitlement comes into play. Treasure what you have it might be gone tomorrow.
