Scratched new windscreen glasfit vaal

Glasfit vaal three rivers branch.. I went to replace my windsceen on the friday the 19th of october because of a crack. Saturday the 20th I washed my car and lifted the wiper blades to dry the glass when I saw this ugly scratch on the new glass. I went back to Glassfit to rectify the problem when the manager informed me that she can only get shaterprufe to remove the glass and see if it is a manufacturing fault. And if so shaterprufe would replace the windscreen. If not they would just re fit this scratched windsceen. I tried to explain this to the manager that this is obviously a scratch that originated from fitment and thus shaterprufe will not replace this. Her response was that it was not her people that scratched the windscreen and that maybe a rock hit my car without me knowing. Anybody using glasfit vaal to replace your windscreen. Do a thorough check when collecting your vehicle. Poor service!
