Riding bike with only Third Party Cover !!!!

We took our two bikes to Glassfit on the 28th of March for the inspection to take place. This has to be done within 48 hours after adding the bike onto the policy. The cover would have been effective 01 April. We comp**** with the requirements. The Insurance advised us that Glasfit would send them the inspection certificates and all would be in order. Before we left Glassfit I personally confirmed with the person there that yes they WILL submit the two certificates. We just now -10/04/2015 - purchased another bike and I just added it to the insurance. As a matter of interest I asked the agent to confirm that the other two bikes were all in order !!! Guess what we have been riding the two bikes since the 1st of April with only third party cover. what If something went wrong with either one of us riding the bikes. ??? The people that assisted us at Glassfit K90 Boksburg were fantastic , friendly and very helpful. So why did this happen.... ???? how many people out there think they are enjoying comprehensive cover to only find out that they have been enjoying third party only. We are going there tomorrow again .. will it happen again with this new bike ? Unacceptable !
