****py service from Glasfit

I made a booking with Glasfit Bryanston, to say the least the service that I received from them is appalling, I scheduled an appointment with them to replace my windscreen, the appointment was confirmed by them through sms, the set time was 1pm, on the day of the appointment they arrived at 10am to at my place of work and I was interviewing at the time, I was unable to excuse myself because of this, my colleague came to fetch my car keys in order for them to start work on my car, I was called out of the meeting as I needed to pay prior to them finishing - that was unprofessional

Fast forward a few days later I called the branch to inform them that I am unable to remove the tape that they put on the car, I spoke to a lady by the name of Dorcas I think, she then said to me I was supposed to remove the tap two hours after it was placed there, my question to her was how was I supposed to know that as the agents never advised me, she then told me that she would arrange for them to come out to rectify this, she promised this would be done on Monday 25/11/2019

I am still waiting No call No sms No email from them.

I want this fix
